I spend my days working in technical support for one of the largest hosting and domain companies in the world, talking with small business owners every day about their websites, their email, and their online presence.
One pattern comes up constantly: local SEO. I've talked to client after client who's already paid someone to fix it. Ask how that went, and the answers repeat themselves. “Yes, and we didn't see results.” Or, “I'm still paying someone, and nothing's happening.”
Even my own company offers managed SEO services. But like most large-scale offerings, they're built for volume, not for the specific local structure a small business actually needs to rank in its own backyard.
That gap is why I started Cibolo Creek Digital. I did this work for my own family's e-commerce business first: schema, content, local visibility, AI-search citation, all of it. I watched it actually work. Now I do the same thing for other small businesses tired of paying for SEO that doesn't move the needle.
Day to day, I'm the one people call when their domain's misconfigured, their email's broken, or their site's gotten hacked. Diagnosing and fixing that kind of thing is second nature to me, so the technical side of SEO, schema, site structure, server-level fixes, isn't guesswork.
